Due to overwhelming demand at Stone Pavilion, a new vacancy has arisen to support the team at the council's new facility in Stone.
The post holder will undertake a key role as Office Administrator providing administrative support to ensure excellent customer service and effective daily operation of the facility. This will include front of house cover; processing bookings and enquiries in connection with council facilities; and support for activities and events, including the annual Stone Fete.
Candidates will be required to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience of working with the public.
The role would suit an efficient, self-motivated Administrator able to work flexibly around the needs of the facility.
SPC QUIZ NIGHT, 3RD FEB
Let's banish the post-Xmas blues and have a little fun at the Stone Parish Council Quiz Night in aid of Cherished Memories, a local charity (www.Cherished-Memories.co.uk).
Friday 3rd Feb, 7pm till late at Stone Pavilion, Hayes Road, DA9 9DS. The bar will be open from 7pm with the quiz commencing at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £3 per head or £15 per table, maximum of 8 people per table.
