YOUR MEMORIES MATTER
Do you have memories of Stone when the cement works were here? Did you go to school and play in Stone or nearby? Do you have photos of Stone from when you were young? Do you know anyone who does?
The recently launched Stone History and Memory project wants to capture your memories of Stone and bring together old photos,maps and memorabilia from the area. By sharing these memories and photos we can begin to document and take pride in Stone's unique history.
To start things off, we would like to talk to people who have memories of living, working, going to school and playing in Stone. If you are interested or you know someone who might be, do get in touch.
A workshop day and afternoon ramble around Stone is planned for Saturday 27 April which aims to record memories and create an archive of all stone-related memorabilia.

* An understanding of the value of customer service
* The importance of excellent customer service
* The skills of effective communication
* How to listen to customers and respond to their needs
