PARISH SURVEY TO SEEK RESIDENTS VIEWS

The council is undertaking a parish-wide survey to seek residents’ views ahead of production of a strategy document which will set out the council’s aims for the next five-years.

The survey, to be conducted chiefly online, asks for feedback regarding local provision, environmental needs and concerns over community safety.

The council will respond in the strategy document to issues raised with indications of how the council will assist in resolving problems or increasing provision.

Residents without internet can request a hard-copy of the survey which will be posted to them with a response-paid envelope.

Participants have the chance of winning £150 Bluewater gift vouchers for taking part in the survey. A winner will be chosen at random from all surveys completed by parish residents after the closing date.

The survey will be available for completion until 31 March 2010.
