Stone is a medium sized parish with over 4500 households. It is part of the major regeneration taking place within the Thames Gateway and has seen developments such as Waterstone Park almost double the size of the parish in recent years.

Stone has a number of new local facilities such as the visionary Dartford Judo Club and is home to one of the largest shopping villages in Europe.

Bluewater The acclaimed Bluewater shopping centre is within the Parish boundaries and will cater for your every shopping need as well as offer a host of restaurants, bars and cinema.

The parish has three primary schools, two churches, a variety of takeaway restaurants and public houses and a number of open spaces, parks and playgrounds.

The parish of Stone is very conveniently situated with direct access to the A2, the M25 and is only a 10 min journey away from the fantastic Ebbsfleet International station soon providing high speed rail links to Stratford (for the Olympics), St Pancras, Paris and Lille.

Transport links in Stone are very good with a number of buses, including Fastrack, delivering residents to the Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford Town centre, Bluewater and Gravesend.

Stone Crossing StationStone Crossing Train station serves all three SouthEastern routes into Cannon Street and Charing Cross in around 45 minutes.
